. Jonathan
joined Rick, band, choir and orchestra (and Brian Blessed!) for this concert
back in May this year. Following a prolonged
period of head scratching trying to get the musical jigsaw assembled, much
fun was had by all, not least by Rick himself, who was tickled to be performing
at such a great venue surrounded by so many keyboards, musicians, old stuff,
costume changes and wives!
Fairport Convention's Ric Sanders commented to Jonathan that he'd "had
a terrible time" when he himself worked with Rick some years ago,
because they didn't get any work done as they'd "laughed so much".
Tough times indeed.
Jonathan has also featured prominently on the soundtrack to the recently
broadcast BBC drama series Dangerous
